What we do and do not guarantee

Guaranteed: the scope agreed in writing gets delivered and works. Fixed quote before the build. No surprise charges for things described as included. If something ships outside the agreed scope, it is corrected.

Not guaranteed: Google rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Nobody controls Google's index or your market's demand, and an agency promising either is selling you something it cannot deliver. What HD Connex controls is the quality and structure of what gets built.

Sites and platforms run on modern managed hosting with HTTPS enforced. Access follows least privilege — credentials are scoped to what a role needs. Client data supplied for a build is used for that build only, never resold, and removed on request once the engagement closes. Payment details are handled by the payment processor, never stored by HD Connex.

Ownership of what you pay for

You own your domain, your content, and the site built for you. HD Connex does not hold domains hostage, does not lock content behind a proprietary builder you cannot export, and does not charge a release fee if you move on. Managed plans cover ongoing services — hosting, AI usage, monitoring, content, support — and stop when the plan stops; the assets stay yours.

Accessibility & standards

Builds target WCAG-aligned basics as a default rather than an upsell: semantic headings, keyboard-reachable navigation, visible focus states, alt text on meaningful images, and colour contrast checked against the brand palette. Where a client needs formal conformance to a specific standard, that is scoped explicitly rather than implied.
