Why only one review is published

Because the AggregateRating in this site's structured data has to match the number of reviews that actually exist and have been consented to. Padding that number is a structured-data violation, and it is the first thing that falls apart when a prospect or an auditor checks. HD Connex would rather publish one verifiable review than twelve unverifiable ones.

The rating shown in schema is 5.0 from 1 review. If that number grows, it will be because a client signed off on it.

A review appears on this site only when the client has given written permission for their name, role, and words to be published. Nothing is paraphrased into a testimonial, nothing is reproduced from a private email as though it were a public review, and no review is generated or embellished. If a client withdraws consent the review comes down and the schema count drops with it.
